Im in a bet with my boss. He is 258lbs and about 5'11" and I am 125lbs and 5'2" the bet is who can lose weight faster so it will obviously be lots easier for him so he has to lose 2x's the % I lose. We finished week 1 today (I won yeah!) but need to keep goin strong. Please list your favorite diet foods cooked or bought as I do not have time to cook much other than dinner.
