Where can I find Proposition 203 for Arizona's medical marijuana proposition?

I need to find the bill called Proposition 203 for Arizona's medical marijuana proposition. It is going to be voted on November 2nd next month and I really want to know what the bill states about medical marijuana. Can anyone help me find this information? In 1996 and 1998 Arizona tried to p a bill for medical marijuana but the wording was wrong and it didn't go through either time. So check for a date on the bill if you happen to find it.
